   Message from UCDS administrators:

It is with considerable regret that we must inform you that the 2006 UCDS Chess Tournament has been canceled. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this decision may cause you. We are fully committed to conducting a yearly tournament and will spend this year revisiting all of our Chess Tournament planning processes in order to develop a sustainable annual event.

Our goal continues to be a friendly and welcome tournament for all children at varying levels of chess experience. We hope to see you back next year!

To those of you who have already registered -- Please rest assured that your registration fee will be refunded promptly. You will receive a check by mail. Details will also be emailed.
